I have to admit that I do not know how many times we visit this roadside noodle shop.
It is certainly extremely tasty and fresh.
We always have these deep fried prawns (whole) whilst we wait - okay they do have all the head tail and shell on still but they are tasty.
Then comes the noodles - Chuen always asks them to only put some chilli on - so this is not a lot - you should see how much the locals eat. It is not strictly necessary to add this much.
But look at how much went on her dish of noodles!
Anyway - it certainly was delicious - there is very little way of instruction here - there was only a wall menu and the stand at the front.
