Top of the Reef is a fine dining restaurant situated inside the Cape Panwa Hotel and Spa at the South end of Phuket.
There has not been many changes since I first visited and this has led to some of it's charm. If you are looking for something changing then this is not it.
There have been some small changes with regards to the menu but generally if you look at the images on the links below there was not.
But we certainly enjoyed our dinners again...
